Katrin is a marketing strategist and entrepreneur with more than 10 years of experience in brand building, communications and business development. She is also the founder of MOÏ Marketing, a digital marketing agency working with companies across Europe.
Throughout her career, Katrin has worked at the intersection of marketing, talent positioning and community building, helping companies grow through strong teams and clear strategic positioning.
At Teckra, Katrin leads brand strategy, marketing and talent flow, focusing on building a modern recruitment model that combines strategic thinking, human insight and smart technology.

With over 9 years of experience in international recruitment, she combines a structured approach to search with a deep understanding of how teams actually operate — beyond job descriptions.
Through this experience, she developed a clear perspective on what makes a hire successful — not only in terms of skills, but in how a person fits within a team and its environment.
Her approach is built on clarity and precision.
