Truck & Van Technician

Waregem, Gent, Menen, Deerlijk, Antwerpen - multiple locations

An official dealership of one of Belgium's leading truck brands is looking for a technician with experience in the maintenance and repair of trucks and vans. You will carry out routine inspections and repairs in line with manufacturer standards, with support from an experienced foreman and workshop supervisor throughout your onboarding.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in automotive technology OR equivalent experience

- Several years of experience in maintenance/repair of trucks and vans, with knowledge of vehicle electrical systems

- Working proficiency in Dutch or English (minimum B1 level), enough to follow safety instructions and communicate with the team

- Accurate, organized, and efficient way of working, logging completed work on your work card

- Ability to work independently, while valuing collaboration with the warehouse and service advisors

- Openness to internal and external training

Rotating shift schedule:

Week 1: Mon–Fri, 7:00–12:00 and 13:00–16:00

Week 2: Mon–Fri, 10:00–12:00 and 13:00–18:00 + Saturday 7:00–12:00 (varies by location)
